The History and Islamic Civilization
The Continuation of the Matter:
By the rapid and widespread of Islam among the tribes and nations, the attraction of various human cultures was established as a strong and huge foundation of human culture and civilization, in which regarding the creation of the above civilization different nations and races were involved. Those nations with new Islamic values and criteria succeeded in creating a civilization called Islamic civilization. Hence, the Islamic civilization is not the civilization of a particular nation or race; Rather, the purpose is the civilization of the Islamic nations, which includes Arabs and non-Arabs, who were united by the pure Islam religion, and the scientific and literary language, and that’s Arabic languge. This civilization is very glorious to a degree of greatness, perfection and vastness that it is very difficult to be aware of all its aspects and dimensions.
Islamic civilization entered the period of maturity during the Umayyad period and reached its peak in the Abbasid era. The center of this brilliant civilization was Baghdad in the years (1258-750 AD), and during the Umayyad caliphate was Andalusia in the years 1492-755 AD. A study of the Islamic atlas history and how Islam spread in the world shows that Islam dominated most of the prosperous lands of the world over the centuries and dominated most of Asia, Africa and parts of Europe. In the center it stretched from Iraq, Iran, Afghanistan and in the East to China and India and also Islamic borders from the northeast reached to Samarkand, Bukhara and Kharazm. Those areas were connected with a common culture and religion, and its inhabitants considered themselves members of a single and vast civilization, the spiritual and religious center of which was Mecca and the cultural and political center was Baghdad. That civilization has given importance to science and knowledge more than any other civilization and created the oldest universities in the world, and by combining various sciences and adding to them, it has delivered a great and evolved heritage to humanity.
Will the heirs of such a great civilization ever submit themselves and their homeland to humiliation in the captivity of foreigners? Isn’t such a brilliant history of this magnitude make them to confront the occupiers? Certainly, the Islamic individuals raised in the lap of Islamic lands will never ever leave the aggression of foreigners and separatists unanswered. Those were some of the major factors which the true nation of Islamic Afghanistan brought the Islamic Emirate back to power after twenty years of jihad, fighting against the occupiers and their Western servants.
