Creating the Lines of Disintegration
Drawing the lines of disintegration at that time was the question of “how the division of Afghanistan should be done?

The most important change is the drawing of a complex border between a new North Pashtunistan and a new Central Asian confederation. The Central Asian Confederation is also bordering with Pakistan in Nuristan and Nimroz provinces, and like a large crescent, it has to encompass its new neighbor in the southeast. The Pashtun government, which is likely to be the headquarter of Kandahar, will solve the internal and external concerns. Meanwhile, the Central Asian Confederation, which probably operates as a union, allows different ethnic communities to settle their internal issues; In addition, it can solve issues related to national security from one of the cities and within the framework of a federal government. This city can be either of the cities of Kabul, Mazar-e-Sharif or Herat, which is officially recognized as the capital.
It was the childish imagination of the so-called separatist intellectual politician who wanted to divide their country into the North and South which was too painful. They did not have the least perception of the disintegration and the perils afterward. They were not able to digest the deadly effects of disintegrated countries around themselves, naming; India, which lost the north part and now is called “Pakistan,” killing one million and displaced twenty million oppressed people. Decomposition in the minds of these simple-minded was so easy. Knowing its potential dangers, the United States did not dare to divide this homeland into two parts.
Another factor which made the mission of the domestic separatists complicated was that the US-led international forces, rebuilt the Afghan National Army with modern equipment, by recruiting soldiers from all ethnicity, all over Afghanistan. This matter had two aspects; one positive and one negative. The positive aspect was that it made the process of disintegration harder, and the negative aspect was that which it could quickly dissolve the National Army of the Republic in difficult time. The separatists were suffered from both aspects. They could not use force in any way to form the new northern government, and hoped that instead, those two new governments would use local militias whom were manipulated by leaders, such as Atta Mohammad Noor, Abdul Rashid Dostum, Ismail Khan, and others with the constant acceptance of foreign forces. They knew very well that Pashtunistan was avoiding foreigners more than the New Central Asian Confederation; Therefore, the confederation will be ready to inherit a large part of the aid of the international community and to revive its economy in that way. From 2001 onwards, the violent operation in the special operation of the Western forces with the cooperation of ANA forces, failed to facilitate the victory of the Northern Alliance against the Islamic Emirate. It was at this time that Western analysts, were disappointed from their armed forces and Afghan trainees, and began to think oabout disintegrating Afghanistan.
They thought that the current united Afghanistan was not a rich country; North Pashtunistan and the Central Asian Confederation will not be rich either. But this united country is full of reserves of coal, copper, iron, lithium, gold, and other precious stones and rare minerals. Helmand province may also be a source of uranium. Afghanistan's oil and gas average reservoirs will also be extracted. After the division of Afghanistan, the two new governments have enough natural and human resources to use in order to create two independent economies, while they can also use the remaining billions of dollars of foreign investment over the past two decades.
These patriotic separatists were willing to hand over the south of the country to Pakistan to divide Afghanistan. They thought that Pakistan might come to the conclusion that it could make the best of it by proposing to solve the border challenge of the current Durand Line, with the aim of uniting with North Pashtunistan. The separatists wanted to surrender Nimroz province to Iran in exchange of financial aid.
The Northern Forces, considered positively, the constant international military presence in Central Asian Confederation. The presence of foreign forces in the Central Asian or northern Afghanistan, could control Northern Pashtunistan.
Over the past decade, the US Department of Defense, the ISAF Coalition, and none of the other occupying forces have been openly silent on the issue of disintegration. In the history of the US aggression, it is clear that in every region has supported and donated, either resulted in separatism, living standards have been reduced, public resources have been looted in the name of privatization, or political corruption has reached to a soaring level.
The goal of Afghanistan enemies in the last 20 years was to occupy this country, which by suffering heavy casualties and financial losses on our nation, could not achieve their goals, but they secretly tried to divide Afghanistan under the name of the federal government and speeded this idea through their mercenaries. Meanwhile, from time to time, they try to create civil war inside Afghanistan so as this country never get survived from colony and remain poverty. This is the general perspective of the enemies of this homeland who have always invaded, attacked and raided this country.
